TechPoints are redeemable rewards points created by PC Universe to reward our loyal customers. |

How do I earn TechPoints?
TechPoints can be earned in two ways: By purchasing qualified merchandise on our website or by referring new customers to our site. Qualified items are marked with their exact TechPoints value. This is the amount of TechPoints you will earn if you purchase this item. |

How do I know how many TechPoints it will cost to buy a specific product?
TechPoints can be used to purchase any product on the site in whole or in part. At the time of checkout, your available TechPoints balance will be displayed to you with the "maximum allowable" TechPoints amount that may be applied to your purchase. This "maximum allowable" TechPoints amount will be based on your available balance and the current TechPoints to US dollar ratio used for your selected, qualifying products and purchase amounts. There is no limit on TechPoints spending. |

How much are TechPoints worth?
In trying to determine how many TechPoints must be redeemed to convert to an award of a particular product on our site, a good rule of thumb is 200 TechPoints for each US dollar. However, this ratio is subject to change and not a guarantee of value for your TechPoints. It should only be used as a way to estimate the amount of TechPoints that may be necessary to receive an award. This ratio may change at any time and may be different on some items than on others. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details. The exact amount will be determined during the checkout process.
TechPoints is a rewards program offered by PC Universe as an incentive to its valued customers. There is no financial value attached to the TechPoints, and at no time may TechPoints be redeemed for or converted to cash. |

How do I spend my TechPoints?
Just shop our site as you normally would. At time of checkout, you will be able to check your balance and apply available TechPoints toward your purchase. |

Can I return an item purchased in whole or part with TechPoints?
No. Purchases made using TechPoints may only be exchanged if defective and only for the same item. |

I have more than one account with PC Universe. Can I transfer TechPoints between accounts?
Yes you can. Of course, to prevent abuses, PC Universe will review and approve all transfers before they are made final. Pending points can not be transferred. |

Do TechPoints expire?
Yes, your TechPoints expire 1 year after they are earned. When you use TechPoints, your oldest will always be used first. |

What does it mean if my TechPoints are "Pending"?
TechPoints become officially earned 45 days after your corresponding order has completely shipped. Until that time, they will be listed in your account as pending TechPoints. |

- Only items marked with the TechPoints symbol qualify to earn TechPoints.
- TechPoints can be applied toward merchandise only.
- Shipping, taxes, configuration and other special charges do not qualify and can not be paid with TechPoints.
- TechPoints can not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- Orders in which TechPoints are used for payment do not qualify to earn additional TechPoints.
- Only valid account holders can earn referral TechPoints. A valid account holder is one who has an established, confirmed account registered with PCUniverse.com.
- TechPoints expire after 1 year.
- TechPoints may be combined with any other form of payment at time of ordering.
- Referred customer must enter your e-mail address in the "referred by" field at time at purchase.
- Referrals must place a minimum first order of $50 to qualify.

Customer acknowledges and agrees as follows: |

- TechPoints is a rewards program offered by PC Universe as an incentive to its valued customers. There is no financial value attached to the TechPoints, and at no time may TechPoints be deemed for or converted to cash.
- At any time hereafter, upon delivery of notice to its customers, PC Universe may terminate or modify the TechPoints program in its sole and absolute discretion without recourse for accrued TechPoints other than as elsewhere provided herein.
- TechPoints may be employed by a customer only if all customer accounts with PC Universe are current and in good standing.
- TechPoints may be used to acquire products in conjunction with other forms of payment.
- No warranty of merchantability or fitness of the products purchased, expressed or implied, is assumed by PC Universe. There are no warranties which extend beyond the manufacturer's warranty for the subject products.
- PC Universe makes no representations or warranties other than as specifically set forth herein regarding the nature and extent of the TechPoints program, and no prior or present agreements or representation shall be binding upon PC Universe unless included herein.
- TechPoints are non-transferrable and neither the interest therein nor the rights set forth in these specifications may be transferred or assigned by the customer.
